Step 1: Initial contact
Once you have chosen your pad either you, your family or your solicitor can contact us.
Step 2: Valuation
We will instruct Independent Valuers or Agents to inspect your property within 48 hours of our instruction and submit to us their report on valuation and condition. Additionally we will conduct our own research prior to making an offer to you.
Step 3: Pad55 make you an Offer
We will make you an offer within 24 hours from receipt of their report. Our figures are based on what we believe can actually be achieved on the open market. This figure may differ from that advised by some valuers.
Step 4: You accept or reject our Offer
If our offer is rejected, and any following negotiations fail, your file is closed. When the offer is accepted, we may need to conduct a further survey* to check the condition and value.Our Solicitors are instructed to buy your home to fit in with your timescale.
Step 5: Pad55 begin marketing
