Oak floors, granite worktops, fully integrated appliances, glass balustrades and Grohe mixer taps are typical of the "high spec" materials embodied
by pad55.
Externally, natural local stone, slate roofs, stainless steel balustrades and cedar cladding are set against the stone paving, within the private landscaped gardens.
